Before entering real estate in 2020, I spent over 32 years in both public and private education, teaching and serving in various roles, including a rewarding coaching career early on. I hold Kinesiology, Special Education, and Art certifications and found deep fulfillment in fostering creativity and a love for art among all my students and ALE students. These years taught me the flexibility, patience, and organization that now serve me well in real estate.
Community involvement is also close to my heart. I currently have the privilege of working with organizations such as the Cross Timbers Fine Art Council as a resident artist, and I volunteer by helping with children’s art classes. Also, I am involved with making quilts for Choices right here in our community through my church, which we deeply love. Sponsoring the P-7 weekly Bible Club, led and assisted in FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, and spreading cheer through holiday visits to adult daycare facilities were all rewarding experiences in the past.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, hiking, creating art, and taking walks with my husband. This season of life is especially sweet, as we visit our newlywed son and daughter-in-law and support our youngest son in his football journey; believing in him to reach his dream of playing in the NFL after an incredible college career at Kansas State and Texas State. He currently plays for the Orlando Storm UFL team.
